Hey! As a supplier who has been dealing with custom eco-friendly pulp perfume molds (Degradable Stackable Perfume Molded Pulp) for a long time, I've noticed that when people place orders, the question they ask most frequently is not "How do I use it?", but "What should I do with it when I take it home?"

To be honest, although these pulp molded products are environmentally friendly and of high quality, they are still "purely natural" in nature. They are indeed a little more delicate than traditional plastic foams. If they are not stored properly and get damp, moldy, or crack and deform, then all the good design would be wasted.

Today I'm not going to talk about the superficial stuff. Instead, I'll share with you all some of the long-hidden storage "secrets" that I've kept for many years, to help you avoid some pitfalls.

I. Let's talk about it: Why such meticulous attention?

Our perfume liner is made of biodegradable materials, and environmental protection is the core selling point. But every coin has two sides - natural materials are very sensitive to the environment. Once the environment is not right, the appearance (color change, mold growth) and functionality (support strength decreases, becomes brittle) of the pulp will be greatly compromised. After all, no one wants customers to see a grayish and even somewhat soft base when they open the perfume box, right?

II. Avoiding Pitfalls Guide: Environmental Control is the Key

  • The "comfort zone" for temperature and humidity:

The pulp is most vulnerable to "extremes". The temperature should ideally remain between 18°C and 22°C. If it's too hot, the moisture in the pulp will evaporate completely, making it brittle and cracking easily upon a slight bump; if it's too cold, the toughness will deteriorate.

  • Don't let "moisture" ruin your business:

The ideal humidity level is between 40% and 60%. Especially during the South's "humidifier season" or the rainy season, be sure to turn on the dehumidifier! When the humidity is high, this thing is basically a "breeding ground" for mold. On the other hand, if it's too dry in the north during winter, a humidifier should also be installed. Don't let it crack!

III. Don't pile up randomly! Learn the correct "stacking" posture

Although our products are designed to be stackable, you shouldn't pile them up haphazardly.

  • Force should be applied evenly: Each layer must be aligned to ensure that the weight is distributed evenly. If the stack is tilted, the inner lining at the bottom is likely to be deformed under pressure. At that point, if you try to put the perfume bottle in, it will wobble around, which would be quite troublesome.

  • The shelves need to be stable: Don't just pile them on the ground. Use those sturdy and flat shelves. Also, don't stack them too high! Although our products are of good strength, there is a limit. It's best to stop when appropriate to ensure safety.

IV. The Demons Hidden in the Details: Lighting, Air, and Daily Life

  • Don't expose it to "sunlight":

Long-term direct sunlight or strong artificial light can cause the pulp to fade. If your warehouse has windows, put up a curtain to block some of the light. Try to stay in a shady area, and it will remain "young" for a longer time.

  • Make the air move:

Deadly dull warehouses are most prone to accumulate moisture and odors. Ensure good ventilation; even a small fan blowing can effectively prevent mold growth.

  • The original packaging is the best:

If it's not at the assembly stage, try to keep the original packaging. That outer box or film is the first line of defense. If you remove it, remember to cover it with a cardboard box or bubble wrap.

  • Work harder and do more inspections:

Regularly clean the warehouse to prevent dust from accumulating. If you find any piece of lining has developed mold spots, immediately discard it as it may spread to the surrounding "friends".

V. By the way, here's something to recommend: What else can we come up with?

Apart from this perfume lining, we have many hidden treasures in our collection. You can take a look if you like:

  • Body Care Series: We have an integrated molded packaging liner specially designed for body lotions and hair care sets, providing excellent protection.

  • High-end makeup collection: For instance, the white wet-pressed high-end sugarcane pulp cosmetic packaging has a texture as smooth and fine as silk, making it particularly suitable for brands that pursue a minimalist and high-end style.

  • Eye makeup and nail packaging: Made of all plant-based materials, this product embodies a very advanced environmental concept and has become a hot trend in the beauty industry nowadays.

Having said all this, the actual intention is to provide support and protection for everyone's environmental protection efforts.
