Yes, custom structural engineering is our core expertise. 04. How do your bagasse pulp packaging products perform in humid shipping environments?

Ocean container transportation may expose the packaging materials to a large amount of moisture. To address this issue, we will use PP bags for sealing during the packaging process. Additionally, we can directly add the waterproofing agent to the sugarcane pulp mixture at the slurry stage. This ensures that your customized packaging maintains its structural integrity during transportation and will not become soft or deformed, even on tropical transportation routes with high humidity.

05. Is molded pulp packaging suitable for heavy toys with concentrated point loads?

Heavy wooden activity cubes, metal die-cast vehicles, and weighted educational sets can puncture thin plastic or tear low-density paper inserts. We have designed high-strength dry-press paper tray or high-density wet-press molded trays, which are reinforced with a buffer-adding structure. These structural reinforcement measures enable our fiber trays to withstand local static loads of over 25 kilograms, while maintaining structural integrity in accordance with the ISTA standard.
